- Submission of requests to insurers & follow up.
- Document management.
- Support the team to follow up on premium outstanding.
- Follow up with insurers on endorsement processing.
- Management of Addition & Deletion requests.
- Tracker Management.
- Follow up on medical cards, Invoice, SOA with the insurers.
- Follow up on installment & outstanding premiums from clients.
- Cheque collection and submission to insurer.
- Preparation of Invoices.
- Reconciliation with clients & insurers.
- Share active list of the client with team on timely requests.
- Supporting Pre-sales team.
- Tracker Maintenance
- Assisting on pre-sales
- Preparing Network Comparison
- Handle first level client escalations.Â
Salary Offered :  20-30k per month ;
